Valuevista&Partners is founded in 2013 by Alessandra Broi, a lawyer with 20 years of experience in international consulting, registered with the Rome Bar Association and as Abogado at Colegio de Abogados de Madrid.

Dr. Broi graduated in 2000 with a degree in Law from the University of Bologna and obtained several masters and certifications in the field. Her working career in the legal field began at one of the most prestigious firms in the capital of Emilia. Following his marriage to Jorge Iglesias she moved to Madrid where she continued to profess in the renowned international law firm “ESTUDIO JURIDICO SERRANO INTERNATIONAL .” During her stay in the Spanish territory she begins to specialize more and more in international law helping many people to move to Spain and to homologate the various titles, until she decides to open his own consulting agency: VALUEVISTA&PARTNERS.

In 2015 she returned to Italy and decided to open the second office, in Milan, of her firm, to assist many other people and companies in the various processes of moving abroad or solving problems on an international scale.
